- Check-in from 5pm to 8pm, check-out by 10am at the latest (Airports or TGV train station pickups and drop-offs are possible by taxi for 85 €)
- No Pets permitted
- Events and parties forbidden (We rent to family groups and responsible adults only. Guests are required to be respectfully peaceful and use the accommodation with care.
- No smoking indoor (If smoking inside a fee of 250 € will be applied to sanitize the house for other guests)
- Available hours of use of the swimming pool from 9am until 8pm
- Submited to a seasonal rental contract
- The total capacity is 10 but limited to 8 adults (the dormitory is not spacious enough to accommodate 4 adults)
The total number of persons allowed in the villa at any one time is restricted to the number of persons scheduled. No guest is authorised to visit the tenants without preliminary agreement of the owner and the total occupants may never exceed 10 persons.
